Overview
This learning module is designed to help growers implement industry best practices for their harvesting operations. The practices included in this module establish a foundation if your farming operation seeks to gain third-party certification and be audited by a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) program.
Note: Farms with multiple facility locations must complete separate assessments for each location. Examples in this module are provided for reference only. Each grower should consider their farm’s unique operations when determining how to implement practices.
